Our Baltimore based school offers programs for every level here in Baltimore or anywhere you are. Our Chefs are happy to take classes on the road and speak to your group in your home town.
We are pleased to offer a professional 200 hour program leading to a Certified Culinary Professional (CCP), ServSafe and HACCP certifications.
Recreational programs are geared to leisure cooks as well as Seniors, Young Adults and children.
Each class is 2 Hours long and may be taken individually or a a full program. Classes are generally limited to 8 students , the exception being general information programs.
